When the COVID pandemic swept through the country last year, companies quickly rolled out new strategies meant to help their businesses survive. One of the most disruptive, although it was a wise choice that saved many lives, was transitioning employees to working from home.

Employees found themselves overly tired and disgruntled, burned out by the very tools and processes meant to help them. Workplace stress eventually took its toll, and the new abnormal included workers complaining about work-from-home burnout and Zoom fatigue.
