The points you brought up are some of the things we had in mind when creating the Pro-Truth Pledge. It doesn’t focus on conclusions, but on the process. As long as people commit to and follow the 12 behaviors of the pledge that research in behavioral science shows correlate with truthfulness (listed on the pledge website https://www.protruthpledge.org/), the cognitive biases will be addressed. The pledge doesn’t lead to specific conclusion, just calls for follow a set of behaviors that people across the political divide can agree on are truth-oriented. That’s why we have prominent Republicans and Democrats — as well as many thousands of private citizens — taking the pledge.
